Is there a registration requirement for all customers at The Elks Place?
Yes. The registration enables us to maintain high levels of security at our reception, allowing you to relax while in The Elks Place. Once registered, you will also be entitled to receive our monthly e-mails. Please note that all information is kept in line with data protection and is not shared with any other party unless you agree. To speed up your first entrance, why not register online? Is a waiver required?
Yes. Waivers are required to be filled by the parent, guardian or caretaker of children entering our facilities. Nobody is allowed to enter without completely filling out and signing a waiver.
Do we run play sessions?
We do not run specific play sessions. During peak times such as holidays, we may enforce a play limit to maintain our comfort and safety levels. You will be notified at reception, prior to entrance, if this is the case. The play session is dependent upon the weather, holidays, and peak day weekends. Otherwise please feel free to stay and play all day.
Is there an age restrictions?
The Elks Place is suitable for ages 0 to 14 years old. Please note that there are height restrictions on some of our play activities.
Can I bring guests?
Of course you can bring new guests to The Elks Place! Children and visiting family members can be added to your family registration. Other families will be required to register.
Who supervises the children?
Unless you sign up for the Drop and Shop service, parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times. The Elks Place team is around to help make your visit enjoyable and safe. Adults are not permitted to leave the Elks Place while their children are playing. One adult per family group who is 18 years or over must be present in The Elks Place at all times.
Do you have a safety policy?
Yes, please refer to our policies page on our web site and the safety signs in the indoor play area.
Are socks required?
Yes, socks are required for both parents and children in the play area. We also have socks available for purchase.
What clothing should the children wear?
Comfortable clothes, ideally long sleeved tops and pants/leggings, should be worn at the Elks Place.
Can we bring food from outside?
We operate a snack area which serves healthy dishes that are suitable for both children and adults. As a result, we do not allow outside food or drinks to be consumed in The Elks Place. Please inform the reception desk with any exception request during your visit.
Do you allow strollers, pull carts, buggies, or similar items into The Elks Place?
Yes, but we have very limited space for strollers or rolling devices in the seating area. They are not allowed in the indoor play area.
Is re-entry allowed?
No. There is no re-entry allowed. However, we understand that things happen and if you notify our staff, you may be able to exit the premises briefly as long as you return within five minutes.
Do you have parking available?
We are located in Old Glory Shopping Mall with plenty of FREE parking available in the plaza parking lot.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted but we do accept debit cards.
Do you offer internet at the Elks Place?
Yes, we have FREE WI-FI available for our guests.
Do you clean the toys and equipment?
Yes, the toys and equipment are cleaned everyday. We like to think of our visitors as family, therefore as a family we work together to make sure our children are safe and healthy.
Do you have an area to change diapers?
Certainly; we have changing tables located in the restrooms.
Can I bring my child if he or she is sick?
We do our absolute best to keep our facility clean and safe for the enjoyment of all. We are also a place of public assembly, much like an outdoor playground, church, or mall. We are not a daycare. Children and adults inevitably catch colds, and we do have tissues, trash cans, and hand sanitizers throughout our facility. Using your good judgment is expected. Persons with contagious illnesses should refrain from entering and our staff reserves the right to refuse admittance to a sick child or adult. If you or your child(ren) are sick, we would ask you to please reschedule your visit for another time.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts to groups. Please refer to our groups page on our web site or you may check with our reception desk for details.
Can I take photos or video footage of my child(ren)?
Cameras can be used at The Elks Place. However, we ask that you be mindful of other customers and their privacy. Photos may only be taken of your children and guests.
Do you have a lost property policy?
All belongings left at The Elks Place are kept at reception for 15 days after their found date.
Can I give my feedback on my visit?
We love to receive feedback of all kinds! Please share your feedback either at our web site or by filling out our feedback sheet available at the reception desk.

Birthday Party FAQs
How do I book a party?
There are three different ways you may book a party: in person, online, or on the phone.
Do you require a deposit to hold my party date?
Yes, we require a $100 deposit to reserve your party date and time. The balance is due the day of event. Once your party has begun, our staff will count children and give you the total balance due at the end of the party.
What is the duration of each party?
Each party has a reserved table time in the birthday party area of 45 minutes for the Standard Party and 60 minutes for the Ultimate Party.
Could my kids and their guests stay after my private party and continue to play?
Yes. Each party has a reserved table time in the birthday party area; however, everybody can stay after this time by moving to the public seating area.
I’m having a party; do I have to fill out a waiver for my event?
Only if you or any of your guests are visiting The Elks Place for the first time. You or your guests can complete the waiver form online at home by visiting our website. This will save time and prevent delays at check in that may reduce your reserved table time.
I want to cancel my party; would I get a refund?
We do not offer a refund of your deposit if you cancel your party less than 30 days before the event day. However, if you cancel more than 30 days before your party, your deposit will be refunded.
Does everyone have to take their shoes off?
No, as along both children and adults are in the public seating or birthday party areas. Both children and adults must take their shoes off and have socks on when in the indoor play area.
Can I bring our own food?
No, all birthday party food must be purchased from The Elks Place.
When we should arrive for our birthday party?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your party time. Your host will escort you to your reserved birthday table.
